Venkat Ramamohan Venkat Ramamohan serves as the Senior Vice President & Global Head of Client Services at LanceSoft, Inc., bringing over 30 years of leadership in client engagement and service delivery. He has previously held senior roles at Virtusa, Capgemini, and CSC, where he led large-scale client portfolios and digital transformation programs. At LanceSoft, he drives global expansion through end-to-end SOW and workforce solutions, including IT managed services and BOT models. As part of the executive leadership team, he champions a purpose-driven strategy centered on People, Performance, and Partnerships. Under his leadership, LanceSoft has grown across the UK, Europe, and Asia, establishing strong global capability centers (GCCs). Known for empathy-led leadership, Venkat builds high-performing, people-first teams and fosters future leaders. He actively mentors underserved students through Katapult-X and supports families in need via the UK-based nonprofit Care Packs. A passionate traveler and foodie, he values cultural connection and believes in the power of shared conversations over good food.
